Each session works with what is live for you. Over time, you develop:

Awareness of how pressure affects your responses and how those responses affect the people around you.
A Note on Neurodivergence
Jules has particular experience supporting leaders with ADHD and neurodivergent profiles navigating senior roles. Many have spent years developing strategies that work around their wiring rather than with it. Coaching with Jules starts from a different place.
How It Works
Sessions are one to one, held in person or online where geography or scheduling requires it. The number of sessions is agreed with you and is not fixed to a package. You work with Jules for as long as it is useful and no longer.
