  • A growing library of workshops and courses covering mental health, journalling, impostor syndrome, neurodiversity, nutrition, menopause and personal fitness. Work through them in your own time, at your own pace.

  • Access to a private members-only Facebook community where you can connect, share and ask questions between sessions. Life coaches and counsellors available for signposting and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All live sessions are booked through Acuity. You will find the booking link in each session listing. Places are limited so book early to avoid missing out.

  • Do not worry. Recorded sessions are added to the hub after they go live so you can catch up in your own time.

  • You will find the link to the members community in the hub navigation. Request to join and Jules will approve you straight away.

  • One to one sessions with Jules are available as an add-on. Head to Acuity, select Take a Pause with Jules and choose a time that works for you. These are paid separately from your membership.

  • The hub includes specialist sessions with Lara Anstey Taylor for yoga and Emma Wills for phlebotomy, alongside menopause coaches, dieticians and other practitioners added over time..
