Support That Fits Your Life

Sometimes the most important conversation is the one you have not quite been able to start yet. Not with a GP who has twelve minutes. Not with a friend who means well but does not quite understand.

A proper conversation with someone who does this work, who has spent thirty years in rooms with people navigating exactly what you are navigating, and who will not rush you.

This is that conversation.

How Jules works with individuals

Jules works with individuals on a one to one basis, either in person or online. Sessions are focused, unhurried, and built entirely around you. There is no programme to follow and no outcome to perform. There is just the work, at a pace that suits where you are.

Depending on what you are dealing with, Jules draws on her background in life coaching, ADHD and neurodivergent coaching, breathwork, and mindfulness practice. These are not separate services with separate price lists. They are tools Jules uses fluidly, in combination, as the work requires.

Life Coaching

There are moments in life where you know something needs to change but you cannot quite see the path from where you are to where you want to be. The clarity that used to come naturally has gone quiet. The decisions that once felt straightforward now feel heavy. You are functioning, but functioning is not the same as living well.

Life coaching with Jules is not about being given answers. It is about having the space, and the right questions, to find your own. Jules works with you to identify what is actually getting in the way, separate the noise from what genuinely matters, and build a way forward that belongs to your life rather than a template someone else designed.

Sessions are one to one, focused, and conducted at a pace that suits where you are. There is no fixed programme and no prescribed outcome. There is just the work, done properly.

Breathwork

Most people breathe in a way that keeps them in a low level state of stress without ever realising it. Shallow, fast, chest-led breathing signals danger to the nervous system. The nervous system responds accordingly. And the cycle continues.

Breathwork interrupts that cycle. It is not complicated and it does not require you to believe in anything. It is a practical, physiological tool for shifting your body out of a stress response and into a state where thinking is clearer, sleep comes more easily, and the constant background noise quietens.

Jules teaches breathwork as a usable skill, not a performance. By the end of a session you will have techniques you can use in the middle of a meeting, on a commute, or at three in the morning when your mind will not stop. Simple, effective, and yours to keep.

ADHD and Neurodivergent Coaching

If you have spent most of your life being told you are too much, not enough, or simply wired wrong, this is not that.

Jules works with individuals who think, process, and experience the world differently. Her coaching is built on the understanding that neurodivergence is not a deficit to be managed. It is a different relationship with attention, creativity, time, and energy that, with the right support, becomes something you work with rather than against.

Sessions focus on the practical. How you structure your time, manage overwhelm, communicate your needs, and build systems that actually fit the way your brain works. Not systems borrowed from people who are wired differently from you.

You do not need a diagnosis to work with Jules. You need to recognise something of yourself in what you have just read.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Mindfulness has been talked about so much that it has almost lost its meaning. Jules teaches it the way it was always meant to be taught. As a practical skill for being present in your own life, not as an aspiration or an aesthetic.

You do not need to be still to meditate. You do not need to clear your mind. You do not need to be a particular kind of person. You need to be willing to try, and to have someone who knows what they are doing show you how.

Jules works with each person individually to find an approach that fits their life, their personality, and the amount of time they actually have. Because a practice that does not fit your life is not a practice at all.

The first step is a free thirty minute call. No agenda, no obligation. Jules will ask a few questions, you can ask as many as you need, and between you you will work out whether this is the right fit.

If it is, you can book your first session from there.
